About the Author

Hi, my name is Isabel Bonin. I graduated in 2021 from Wakefield School in The Plains, Virginia and I will be attending Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. I chose to dicusss my thesis on hallucinogenic drugs because I believe the substances have a greater purpose in the healing world. For years, society has only been presented with the risks and dangers of hallucinogens, while the therapeutic potentials were not as well-known. I wanted to take a different route than the majority of the public's opinions because the substances possess a meaningful impact on countless lives.
